About Ashlyn- Owner, LMT
Hi, I’m Ashlyn Pecena, owner and massage therapist at Lazy Daisy Massage Therapy. I was born and raised in Wayne, Nebraska, where I also attended massage therapy school with a goal of making a positive impact in people’s lives.
I love that massage is a natural, grounding way to reconnect with your body and support healing. Over time, I’ve also found a passion for sports massage, especially through my work with the Husker football team, men’s basketball, and women’s gymnastics at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Outside the office, I enjoy music, the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and watching dirt track racing. I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful clients and colleagues I’ve met along the way—especially the amazing team at Trinity Chiropractic next door.
